Despite what Google says in their TV ads, on a daily basis I receive obvious SPAM and phishing attacks in my Gmail account.

Why is the @Jetblue website so slow!! Unusable right now.

Email has always been a vehicle for ads, but just noticing that each iteration of Gmail seems to further embrace its place as an ad serving tool vs something I find useful.

Limit your backlog. Too many teams auto-carry debt from sprint to sprint. Instead force PMs to justify its existence with prioritization and trade offs between new stuff vs old stuff.
