Forrester operates five research centers across the United States, located in Cambridge, Massachusetts; New York City, New York; San Francisco, California; Washington, D.C.; and Dallas, Texas. Additionally, they have four research centers in Europe, situated in Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, and Paris, along with four centers in the Asia-Pacific region in New Delhi, Singapore, Beijing, and Sydney. The company has a total of 27 sales offices around the globe. Forrester's services include syndicated research on technology's role in business, quantitative studies on consumer technology trends and enterprise IT expenditures, as well as consulting and advisory services based on their research. They also host events, workshops, teleconferences, and programs for executive networking.
