A 27-year-old mother in Lakewood, New Jersey has been accused of murdering her two small children, stabbing and drowning them. Naomi Elkins was charged with two counts of murder, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and unlawful possession of a weapon, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer. At 4:50 p.m. Tuesday, Lakewood police responded to a report of two children in cardiac arrest at a local residence, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office announced.
