The State Patrol says the victim was driving a UTV, traveling on a road a mile west of Douglas. A cement truck driven by a 68-year-old Minot man was also traveling west on the road. As the cement truck began passing side-by-side, the UTV made a left turn in front of the truck, was struck by the truck, and came to rest in the ditch.
