Luther Green, 59, was arrested in Banks, Alabama on May 8 due to an active warrant for his arrest out of Eddington, Maine, where the former Heritage on 9 Restaurant and Tavern burned down on July 3, 2024.

Current Argo Mayor Betty Bradley announced in January that she would not be seeking reelection for a third term.     BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — The remains of what is believed to be a child who went missing in Fayette County eight months ago has been found. On Thursday afternoon, the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that a body was found in a burn pile near the residence of Wendy Pamela Bailey.
