BRIGHTON PARK — A communal bike ride Saturday in Brighton Park will show attendees how to safely explore the neighborhood by bike — and serve as a call to make its streets safer for bicyclists and pedestrians. Salvador Torres Jr., who owns Caminos de Michoacan at 1659 W. Cullerton St., assured neighbors at a Monday community meeting that he’s doing what he can to ensure safety and follow city requirements for his bar.
