PITTSFIELD — Outgoing Superintendent Joseph Curtis started his education career as a teacher at Silvio O. Conte Community School in 1994. PITTSFIELD — The report on allegations of misconduct by educators at Pittsfield High School — allegations that investigators and the state Department of Children and Families largely found to be “unsupported” — has been ruled exempt from the state's public records law. The Public Records Division of the Secretary of State’s office, having reviewed the full Bulkley Richardson & Gelinas report privately, determined that it is exempt and need not be released by the Pittsfield School Committee.
