Waterloo-Geneva road is back open - but police are still investigating. Scene has shrunk to the Maillard Crossing trailer home neighborhood. Again, that individual who posed a threat is in custody.

I’m in between Waterloo & Geneva where NYSP have Waterloo/Geneva road shut down leading to the NYSP station. Waterloo CSD on a two hour delay and is citing a shelter in place due to a “serious incident.” We’re working to confirm the details on what that incident is @news10nbc https://t.co/nwW6v1Sljx
