The Wisconsin Supreme Court rules that Democratic Gov. Tony Evers' 400-year veto to increase school funding was not a violation of his partial veto powers.

In a case challenging Act 10, the Wisconsin Supreme Court denies a motion to bypass the appeals court. Justice Janet Protasiewicz also rejects the Legislature's motion for her to recuse herself.
