RYE — A Rye man has been charged for his alleged role in a $10 million international scheme at a local private market research company. Frank Nappo, is charged in New Hampshire federal court with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud for allegedly helping lead a multi-defendant, fraudulent survey data operation several years ago. Nappo, 55, was one of eight defendants indicted, Acting New Hampshire U.S. Attorney Jay McCormack announced Tuesday afternoon.
