AUSTINTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A sweet new spot with a blast from the past is now open in Austintown. Totally 80s Ice Ice Cream Shoppe celebrated the grand opening of its newest location Monday on Raccoon Road, next to Wedgewood Pizza. The shop is packed with nostalgia, including free retro games for customers, old-school candy and vintage drinks. It is the second location for the business. Owner Mike Thrope said the business model is more than just serving up ice cream.

NORTH JACKSON, Ohio (WKBN) – Sunday was the third Lebanese Food Festival. It was held at the Basilica & National Shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon in North Jackson. There was a wide variety of food options — the lamb served took five hours to prepare. Organizers wanted to invite people to enjoy the food and culture, and that hospitality is important to them. They’re happy to see more people coming out to this event.
