CARTHAGE, Mo. — A program that’s helped beautify certain homes in Carthage since 2016 is now opening it to any Carthage residence. The Restoration Carthage program through Vision Carthage has recently undergone a bit of a revamp. It’s helped more than 50 homes since its inception, but they were mostly in high-profile locations like the Maple Leaf Parade route or Route 66. Anyone can nominate themself or a neighbor for home repairs or beautification projects.
