INDIANAPOLIS - An Indianapolis woman has been charged with several felonies in connection with at least two fires in the city over the last few months. Kellie C. Willoughby, 30, was formally charged on Friday with six counts of felony arson and one count of felony criminal recklessness. The Indianapolis Fire Department said the charges are the result of an "extensive, multi-month" investigation by IFD and IMPD.

(WXIN/WTTV) - A citizen of India illegally living in the United States was recently refused entry into Canada after it was discovered that he was wanted for child solicitation in central Indiana. Gurdev Singh, a 42-year-old male citizen of India, was stopped on May 28 by U.S. Customs officers stationed at the Port of Champlain border crossing while trying to enter Canada. During inspection, CBP found that Singh had an active felony arrest warrant in Hendricks County.

EVANSVILLE, Ind. - A southern Indiana woman faces a felony charge after police say she made various homemade explosives, including bombs made with Monster Energy cans. Ahnna I. Tipton, 19, faces a possession of a destructive device charge after being arrested Thursday in Evansville. The charge stems from alleged explosive devices police found while Tipton was at the hospital. The Evansville Police Department says an officer transported Tipton to St. Vincent Hospital for an evaluation.
