The sister of a Bronx father of three killed by a heartless hit-and-run Mercedes driver believes the fugitive drier will eventually be nabbed. Kelvin Mitchell was crossing Webster Ave. mid-block near E. 168th St., just around the corner from his home, when he was mowed down by the driver of a black Mercedes-Benz about 12:45 a.m. Saturday, cops said. The driver has not been caught. “God is going to make sure that my brother sees justice,” the victim’s sister, Justina Lorrious, told the Daily News.

An unlicensed BMW driver has been charged with manslaughter for a November crash that killed a beloved football coach outside the victim’s Bronx home, police said Thursday. Sheydon McClean remained at the scene after the Nov. 30 crash in Baychester killed 60-year-old Dwight Downer. Cops let McClean go without charges but began building a case against him as they investigated the crash at Eastchester Road and Givan Ave.

As stray bullets continue to fly around the city, a woman was grazed by yet another random shot Saturday afternoon as she walked down the street in Harlem, cops said. In video obtained by the Daily News, the 60-year-old victim can be seen casually strolling down the street around 1:40 p.m., heading south near Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd. and W. 131st St., when she is suddenly grazed on her chest by a stray gunshot.
