STEVENS POINT − The Waupaca County Sheriff's Office is leading a death investigation after members of the Central Wisconsin Drug Task Force attempted to serve a search warrant at a Stevens Point home the morning of April 30. At about 9 a.m. April 30, members of the Drug Task Force attempted to serve the search warrant at a home in the 1200 block of Franklin Street in Stevens Point, according to a news release from the Stevens Point Police Department.

LINWOOD − The Portage County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death of a person whose body was found April 28. At 3:46 p.m. April 28, a caller reported a missing person, who was believed to have gone fishing near West River Drive and Portage County HH in the Portage County town of Linwood, according to a Portage County Sheriff's Office news release. Deputies responded to the area and, after an extensive search, found the missing person who was deceased, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Teen faces 12 felony charges in Adams County after 3D printer and illegal gun parts found

FRIENDSHIP − A 17-year-old boy is charged with 12 felony counts after fully automatic weapon firearm conversion parts and related items were found April 24 during a search of his home. Ayden R. Seeley-Siegert, of Adams, is charged with one count of converting a weapon to fully automatic, one count of possessing a firearm silencer and 10 counts of selling, possession, using or transporting machine guns. Adams County Circuit Judge Daniel Woods set a $2,000 cash bail during a bond hearing April 25.
