Justin Wojtalewicz, 42, faces charges including attempted homicide after a shooting in Amherst. Wojtalewicz shot a man in the leg after a fight stemming from a hug that caused pain following shoulder surgery, according to the complaint. The victim sustained life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to a hospital in Wausau. Wojtalewicz's attorney sought dismissal of some charges, but a judge postponed the decision until a later hearing.
