Video in the player above shows water covering Saddlebrook Drive and spilling into nearby yards. You can also see fast-moving, high water in a nearby creek.

SALEM, Ohio (WKBN) — A convicted felon from Ravenna was arrested in a prostitution sting in Salem Thursday. Investigators say 34-year-old Erick Stewart responded to an undercover ad and agreed to pay $60 for sex. When he arrived and saw the police, he tried to drive away but got stuck in traffic and was arrested. Stewart, a known gang member with a violent criminal past, is on probation in Portage County.
