    GOSHEN — A Prospect Avenue home owned by landlord Ron Davidhizar will be demolished sometime before June 29 following action by the Goshen Board of Public Works & Safety Thursday afternoon. During a review/compliance hearing, the board unanimously upheld an order by Building Commissioner’s office to raze a rental property at 105 Prospect Ave. The two-story structure, located on the north side of the city, is divided into three rental units, two of which currently are occupied.

    GOSHEN — Nearly three dozen people  convened at Chamberlain Elementary School Tuesday afternoon for a “Neighborhood Walkabout” of Goshen’s north side. The two-hour, approximately two-mile, walking tour was put together by the Community Relations Commission and led by Goshen Mayor Gina Leichty. This was the second Walkabout put on by the commission this year, and followed three similar events that took place in 2024.
