CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — The former Chattanooga Preparatory School teacher who faces both state and federal charges now intends to enter a guilty plea of enticement of a minor, as part of a federal plea deal, court documents show. That plea agreement also reveals a new victim of White's, who was a student at Chatt Prep. Our investigation revealed the public charter school hired him while his personnel file showed a DCS and law enforcement investigatin was in process.
