    GATLINBURG, Tenn. — Authorities are investigating a multi-vehicle crash that injured seven people in downtown Gatlinburg on Sunday, including two pedestrians. Uneven terrain can lead to trips, slips and falls, but Rural Metro Fire in Knox County is training crews to help rescue people from mountainous areas. Rural Metro firefighters are training for when an injured hiker call comes in. Over the last year, the department has had around six, with two of them happening in May. One was on House Mountain and another was on a trail off of East Raccoon Valley Road.
