MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - All lanes between County G and County OK are blocked in both directions on WIS 11, following a crash in Green Co. Tuesday morning. According to officials with the Green Co. Sheriff’s Office, several people were taken to the hospital via ambulance. Officials did not share exactly how many people were hurt or how many cars were involved.

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Two people are in custody after a deadly crash on Madison’s north side, police report Thursday. MPD reported previously that the crash happened around 4:20 a.m. near the intersection of Packers Avenue and Tennyson Avenue. MPD did not state the identity of the person who died or the individuals arrested. The charges the suspects could face were also not released.

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - The Madison Police Department is searching for a missing 12-year-old girl who is possibly endangered. Police say Savannie Chem was last seen on Friday, June 7 in the area of Columbus Ln. around 11:00 p.m. This is on Madison’s north side. The girl is 4ft. 8 in. and 100 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and black shorts.

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - A car crashed into a townhome on Madison’s southwest side Sunday morning. This happened at the intersection of Chester Dr. and Jason Pl. shortly after 4:30 a.m.According to the Madison Fire Department, no one was hurt. There was one person inside of the building at the time of the rash, but they made it out safely. Only one unit of the eight-unit building was damaged. The Madison Fire Department says they still had crews on the scene as of 6:30 a.m.

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - The Madison Police Department is investigating a fight on Madison’s south side Sunday morning. Police say one person was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries following a fight involving a knife. The police department was called just before 5 a.m. for a disturbance. They responded to the 2300 block of Allied Dr. shortly after. Police say while they are investigating the incident, MPD’s violent crime unit will not respond.

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - The Madison Police Department is investigating an incident on Madison’s East Side after multiple people reported the sound of gunfire Tuesday morning. The reports of gunfire were reported shortly after midnight. When officers arrived at the 5900 block of Milwaukee St., they found multiple shell casings. No injuries have been reported so far. MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Former Badger men’s hockey player, Nic Kerdiles, died in a crash in Tennessee on Saturday morning. Wisconsin Hockey posted the news to X, formerly known as Twitter, yesterday. Kerdiles played for the badgers from 2012 - 2014. He was a WCHA and Big Ten Tourney champion.

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Several people are hurt following a disturbance on Madison’s West Side, Sunday night. One of those people was taken to the hospital due to life-threatening injuries, according to the Madison Police Department. Officers responded to Adderbury Circle, near Elver Park around 10:30 p.m.MPD says they received multiple 911 calls from residents in the area who reported the sound of gunfire.

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Investigators believe the deadly crash on the Beltline in Madison and a nearby fire that is being investigated as an arson are related, according to WMTV-TV. Madison Police said a 71-year-old motorcycle rider died when he crashed while driving the wrong way on the Beltline, near the Seminole Hwy. interchange. The man’s name was not released. The crash shut down two lanes of the highway and an exit ramp for several hours while crews worked at the scene. No one else was injured.

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - The stretch of the Beltline are shut down Tuesday morning following what the Wisconsin Dept. of Transportation described as a “serious crash.”According to its update, the right two westbound lanes near Seminole Hwy. as well as the westbound Seminole Hwy. exit are closed. Few details about the incident have been released, although authorities say it involved a motorcycle. Near the scene of the crash, emergency crews are also responding to a structure fire.
