OTTAWA, ONTARIO (KFYR) - The Minnesota Frost tied the Walter Cup Finals at 1-1 on Thursday night thanks to a pair of goals from Bismarck native Britta Curl-Salemme. She scored both of the Frost’s goals in a 2-1 win. Curl-Salemme scored her first goal of the game with less than 16 seconds remaining on the clock in regulation to tie the contest. That goal would send the game into overtime. Curl-Salemme’s second goal of the NIGHTwas the game-winner in overtime.

BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - The Bismarck Bobcats made their way back home Wednesday with the Robertson Cup in hand, and fans lining the streets to cheer them on. The team won the title in Minnesota on Tuesday night for the first time in 15 years. The Bobcats will host an event for the community on Thursday evening at the VFW Sports Center from 6-8 p.m. Fans can take pictures with the Robertson Cup for free and celebrate with players.
