Dbacks just beat Spencer Strider and Chris Sale in back-to-back games when everyone was saying they were done. That’s something.

The Dbacks really ask Justin Martinez to do the impossible sometimes. And then he does it, so they’re just going to ask him to do it again.

This really has all the pieces to be an epic Stanley Cup final.

All you can do when nothing’s going right is start stacking wins. That’s two in a row for the Dbacks and beating Strider’s not exactly easy.

Some days I look around and think I want the new hockey season to start. Then I realize we’re still in this season the NHL just took a month off before the Stanley Cup for no conceivable reason.

Florida’s probably the best team but it’s really felt like the Oilers’ year ever since they came back in the final seconds of Game 4 vs LA.

The Dbacks need to figure this out now. Can’t let what happened in the 8th inning last night define the rest of your season but it definitely looked like it was still hanging over them today.

Life would be so much less complicated if baseball games were seven innings long instead of nine.
