(KTAL/KMSS)- A 21 year old man was hit by gunfire during a drive-by shooting at around 3 pm on Dilg League Road, and a local good Samaritan who said he is a Shreveport EMT stopped to help the man. WEBSTER PARISH, La. (KTAL/KMSS)- An Auxiliary Police Officer in Cullen, Louisiana, was arrested for illegal use of weapons. He was held at Bayou Dorcheat Detention Center until posting bond. The incident occurred on June 1st, when Officer Reginald Ferguson made a traffic stop. Webster Parish Sheriff told us, “He was not dispatched by any of the PDs as far as he never radioed communications. The Shreveport Job Corps provided housing, basic medical care, meals, books and supplies, a living allowance, and a supportive community. The program’s goal was to teach students a trade by teaching skills and providing apprenticeships.
