    AbstractDiffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG) is a fatal central nervous system (CNS) tumor that confers a median survival of 11 months. As B7-H3 is expressed on pediatric CNS tumors, we conducted BrainChild-03, a single-center, dose-escalation phase 1 clinical trial of repetitive intracerebroventricular (ICV) dosing of B7-H3-targeting chimeric antigen receptor T cells (B7-H3 CAR T cells) for children with recurrent or refractory CNS tumors and DIPG.

    BOSSIER CITY, La. - Crown Holders Foundation is holding its 2nd Annual Back to School Drive on Aug. 5. The suspected cause is naturally occurring minerals. While some are still dealing with yellow water, Shreveport Water and Sewerage Director William Daniel says he is seeing improvement.

    KTBS spoke to Water and Sewerage Director William Daniel to see if this is one of the causes of the discolored water. "I do not believe fracking directly impacts manganese in the lake water. ... There is when you when you drill a well, you disturb the surface.  There is manganese in the dirt.  As I said in the council meeting, it is the most common mineral on the planet.  So if you disturb the dirt and it washes into the lake,  that could be a source of manganese.
