KPXJ is a CW-affiliated television station broadcasting on UHF digital channel 21, catering to the Shreveport area in Louisiana. It is licensed to the city of Minden and is owned by the Wray family through KTBS, LLC. KPJX operates alongside ABC affiliate KTBS-TV (channel 3) as part of a duopoly. Both stations share broadcasting facilities on East Kings Highway in eastern Shreveport. The transmitter for KPXJ is situated near Mooringsport, which is located southeast of Caddo Lake. Dezmann Rice remained on a $20,000 bond following an appearance in May 2024. According to court records, from January 2020 through March 2021, Trumble Construction, Inc., was scammed by Rice, doing business as RBT Construction, by billing for work and equipment for water tank restoration projects that were never done and never purchased.
