House Bill 1004 requires Indiana’s non-profit hospital systems to submit audited financial statements and work to lower inpatient and outpatient prices to the statewide average.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — The Fort Wayne Police Department is investigating after responding to calls of a shooting at a home off of E State Boulevard. According to Fort Wayne dispatch, officers were called out to the 4300 block of East State Boulevard on reports of a shooting around 7:30 p.m. It is unclear at this time how many have been injured in the shooting or the extent of the injuries. HICKSVILLE, Ohio (WANE) — A 16-year-old is in custody after making a statement about having a bomb at a Hicksville Exempted Village School Thursday afternoon. According to a release from the Hicksville Police Department, just before 3:15 p.m. Thursday, the police department received a call from Hicksville Exempted Village Schools, saying a student had made a “statement about having a bomb.” Officers responded to the school and located the student, a 16-year-old, who made the statement.
