FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - A motorcyclist is dead following a late Saturday night crash on Fort Wayne’s northwest side. According to the Fort Wayne Police Department (FWPD), officers were dispatched to the intersection of U.S. 30 and Kroemer Road around 11:30 p.m. on reports of a crash involving a car and a motorcycle. When officers arrived on the scene, they say they found the motorcyclist in critical condition. Life-saving measures were attempted, but the motorcyclist was pronounced dead.

Jenna Warford, who calls Huntertown home alongside her husband and three young children, is battling a rare cancer called angiosarcoma, which forms and spreads rapidly in the lining of blood vessels.
