    Thomas Kluver was thrilled to see the first of his soybeans popping through the soil of the land he owns and rents near Fairfield in central Nebraska.     From improved fishing to more electrical outlets, visitors to Nebraska’s state parks will see lots of improvements this spring. Nebraska Game and Parks has spent $22,193,110 from January 2024 through March 2025 on capital improvements at parks. A total of $4,120,382 of that amount came from federal funds. Improvements also include boating-access projects and aquatic habitat/access projects.
