A paint job won’t repair what ails Saanich’s operations centre. Most of the buildings were built 60 years ago, and they’re all showing their age, according to Saanich Mayor Dean Murdock. “The buildings around are reaching a point where they are no longer going to remain standing, and they need to be replaced,” Murdock said.
