Flowers at a garden centre (Image: Newsquest) Two people had to dial 999 to get home from a North Yorkshire garden centre yesterday evening. Staff at the horticultural business, which has not been named, closed and locked its doors  at the end of the day’s trading. At 5.51pm, North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue received a call from two people who said they were in the garden’s centre outdoor section and couldn’t get out. Angela Lacy, prosecuting, said North Yorkshire trading standards officers twice found illegal versions of the nicotine vapes at Rohit Verma’s store, despite sending him a warning letter describing what was legal and what was not. My mother, 80, shielding, found bayonet instead of screw light bulbs in her @sainsburys delivery. @sainsburys didn't tell her. When she complains, @sainsburys says she should have checked them on delivery. How? It was a large order.
