North Eighth Street is now reopened, but the sidewalk in front of the Family Christian Fellowship Church in Lebanon City is still blocked off after engineers determined the church's bell tower is not in danger of collapsing. Lebanon City cut off access to several blocks of North Eighth Street on Friday after receiving reports that the bell tower looked unsafe.
