PYMATUNING TOWNSHIP, Mercer County — A pair of nesting bald eagles at Shenango River Lake will be its only overnight guests for a while as high waters forced the closure of all the lake’s campgrounds. The Army Corps of Engineers, which manages the lake, made the announcement on Wednesday.
