    PARK CITY, Utah (KUTV) — A district judge denied defense attorneys' request to reopen an evidentiary hearing in the Kouri Richins case. The request was regarding potential untruthfulness by the lead detective Jeff O'Driscoll with the Summit County Sheriff's Office. In denying the motion, the judge said their knowledge of whether she did or did not have an attorney was not relevant, because judicial proceedings had not started at that point in the case.
