The Metro Vancouver area is actually home to the top five most expensive cities in Canada to rent in — according to the liv.rent monthly report – with West Vancouver at the top. Vancouver is third on the list (right behind North Van), with an average monthly rental price for an unfurnished one-bedroom of $2,432.
