Lightly grease and line a 23cm/9in square cake tin. Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan, then take off the heat and leave to cool completely. Once the chocolate mixture is cool, put the eggs and sugar in a large bowl and whisk until the mixture is really light in colour and very fluffy. Add the chocolate mixture and stir to combine. Sift in the plain flour and cocoa powder and mix to a thick batter. Pour into the tin and level off. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5 and grease and line a 20cm/8in deep round cake tin. Whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and pour in the milk. Crack in the eggs, pour in the oil and whisk to a thick batter. Mix the boiling water with the coffee granules and pour into the cake mix. Mix until it forms a very runny cake batter.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the garlic, onion and salt until soft. Add the halloumi and fry until golden. Then add the lime juice and chilli sauce and cook until there is no liquid left. Sprinkle in the paprika and cumin and cook for just a few minutes. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and leave to cool completely. Warm the tortilla wraps slightly, this helps to prevent them from cracking when you roll them up.
