ROCHESTER, Minn. - An accident on southbound Highway 52 between 37th St. NW and 19th St. NW has traffic slowed to a crawl. MnDOT cameras show traffic being moved to the far left hand lane to get around the accident. Several emergency vehicles are on scene, including Mayo Clinic Ambulance Service and the Rochester Fire Department.

WINNESHIEK COUNTY, Iowa - Sheriff Daniel Marx responded legally to a lawsuit filed by Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird in March. The lawsuit concerned a Facebook post by Marx that Bird alleges interfered with federal immigration enforcement. In new court records, Marx requested the dismissal of the case. He presented several counter arguments including claims that the lawsuit was filed in the wrong county and involved the wrong parties.

LA CRESCENT, Minn. - Police are asking for the public's help to find a missing teenager. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says 15-year-old Jordan Provo is 5-feet-tall and weighs 100 pounds. She has red and black hair and brown eyes. Provo was last seen wearing blue jean shorts and a gray tank top. She was last seen leaving her home on the 400 block of S. 3rd St. on foot on May 8th.

MASON CITY, Iowa - The Mason City Police Department has provided an update to a shooting incident at East Park that happened on April 24th. Police say they arrested 18-year-old Ladainian Pannhoff on April 28th on a warrant for a charge of being a prohibited possessor of a firearm. He was booked into the Cerro Gordo County Jail and posted bond before his next court appearance. The shooting victim, 18-year-old Ean Arp, was hospitalized at MercyOne North Iowa and has been released.
