Southbound I-5 lane and ramp closures set for Thursday in BellinghamState road crews will close the left lane of southbound Interstate 5 between Bakerview Road and Sunset Drive from 3:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday to replace a sign over the freeway. The southbound I-5 on-ramps from Northwest Avenue and Guide Meridian also will be closed, the Washington State Department of Transportation said in a statement.
