    A man has been arrested after €50,000 worth of jewelry was stolen from a business premises in Dublin city centre in the early hours of Friday morning. At approximately 2.45am, Gardaí were alerted to reports of a burglary at a jewellers on Kildare Street in Dublin 2. Gardai quickly arrived on the scene where they encountered a suspect who fled the scene on foot. The man was observed entering St Stephen’s Green park and was pursued by Gardaí on foot.
