    LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - One person has been hospitalized after a two SUVs crashes in north Lincoln late Monday night. Lincoln Police, as well as Lincoln Fire and Rescue, were sent to 11th and Manatt just before 11 p.m. after the two vehicles collided, nearly sending one of them into a home on the southwest corner. One person was taken to an area hospital by LFR, but it’s unclear how serious their injuries are.

    LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - At least two people have been hospitalized after a rollover crash just east of 27th and O Streets. The wreck happened around 10:30 p.m. Saturday night on O Street in between 27th and 29th Streets. Lincoln Fire and Rescue and Lincoln Police responded to the scene. Officers have set up caution tape on the north sidewalk blocking off both sides of the crash. At least two vehicles were involved, and in a social media post, LPD says the injuries are life-threatening.

    LINCOLN, Neb. (Nebraska Athletics Press Release) - Nebraska advanced to its second consecutive Big Ten Championship game with a 6-3 win against Penn State in front of 8,541 fans on Saturday night at Charles Schwab Field in Omaha. Nebraska (31-27) scored six runs on 12 hits, while Penn State (33-23) totaled three runs on nine hits. Devin Nunez was 2-for-4 with a pair of doubles, and Hogan Helligso drove in two runs on a 2-for-4 effort on Saturday.

    LINCOLN, Neb. (NDOT Press Release) - During the month of April, 2025, twenty people were killed in traffic crashes on Nebraska roadways, according to data collected by the Nebraska Department of Transportation. These 20 fatalities occurred in 19 fatal crashes. Four of the fifteen vehicle occupants killed were not using seatbelts, seven were using a seatbelt, and four had seatbelt usage marked as unknown. Fourteen of the fatalities were in rural locations.

    GAGE COUNTY, Neb. (KOLN) - Two 35-year-old Gage County residents are recovering from their injuries they suffered after rolling their ATV over the weekend. According to a press release from the sheriff’s office, the crash happened around 8:40 p.m. on Saturday night near A Street and Cherry Street on the north side of Blue Springs. GCSO says the two residents were riding northbound on A Street when they lost control and rolled the ATV into the ditch.
