PARMA HEIGHTS, Ohio — Federal Investigators arrested a Nigerian man living in Georgia after they say he scammed the city of Parma Heights out of more than $500,000. Parma Heights police tell 3News the scam happened in June 2023, when Chinedu Opute (an Afrobeats artist also known at NPZ) allegedly hacked into a city employee's email and created a fake invoice for $504,576.01 to pay a contractor for a project.
