LOWCOUNTRY, S.C. (WCIV) — A winter storm is impacting the Gulf coast and it's headed toward parts of the Carolinas next! Tuesday and Wednesday have been declared Storm Tracker Days as the Lowcountry will experience frozen precipitation and bitter cold temperatures. A Winter Storm Warning will be in effect starting at 5 p.m. Tuesday until noon on Wednesday. Frozen precipitation will start to fall late Tuesday afternoon into the early evening.
