Ronan Wilson, from Kildress, died after he was struck by a car on the Wild Atlantic Way route near Bundoran in Co Donegal on September 23, 2023. Sergee Kelly knocked down and killed the nine-year-old boy after reaching speeds of up to 111km/h and stuck him with such force that he propelled him 58 metres down the road from the point of impact.
