CANTON — The Browns, betting Myles Garrett has gas in the tank, gave him a monster contract extension. With luck, he’ll follow in the footsteps of Jared Allen, a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2025 who swung through Canton on May 24. Allen turned 30 shortly after his best season, 22 sacks for the 2011 Vikings. Garrett, coming off a 14-sack season, will turn 30 near the end of the Browns’ 2025 season.

For entertainment, this is my favorite Browns draft of the expansion era. And maybe the ones I saw from the previous era.

Bowling Green's HC got Harold Fannin to stay by promising him his 2024 would either get him a million at Ohio State or Michigan in 2025, or a nice spot in the draft. VERY nice pick by the Browns.
