MIDLAND COUNTY, Mich.—The 55-year-old targeted apartment complexes and mobile home parks in counties throughout mid-Michigan. Juan Miguel Rodriguez-Venegas has plead guilty to one count of Conducting a Criminal Enterprise in Midland County. The 55-year-old allegedly stole money orders and cash out of drop boxes at apartment complexes and mobile home parks, according to Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel. In addition, the Florida man has to pay $36,235 in restitution.

THETFORD TWP., Mich.— In a press conference, Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton announces charges against North Morris Estates Mobile Home Park. North Morris Estates has been unable to obtain a license because the mobile home park refuses to fix the water for the residents, according to Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton. Leyton held up a jar of brown water from the mobile home park to show the condition of the water for residents.
