March 1 marked the beginning of a new journey for the owner of Farmhouse Poconos. The restaurant officially reopened its doors for business after five months of pulling everything back together following a fire that destroyed their former location.

To put it in perspective, the project’s area is the size of 67 football fields. Core5 LLC applied for a permit through the DEP to discharge stormwater from construction activities to Pocono Creek, which the DEP classifies as a high-quality stream.
