STEUBENVILLE, Ohio (WTRF) UPDATE 5:15 AM: -The Ohio State Highway Patrol has released the name of the man who was in a fatal motorcycle crash. Officials say 63-year-old Daniel V. Gamble of Wintersville, was driving a black 1998 Harley-Davidson motorcycle westbound on Sinclair Avenue in Steubenville without a helmet on.

STEUBENVILLE, Ohio (WTRF) — On Monday morning, the Steubenville Police Department received several reports of vandalism on vehicles on the LaBelle Hilltop. According to officials, the vandalism is believed to have occurred sometime Sunday night into Monday morning on Maryland Avenue, Pennsylvania Avenue, and Oregon Avenue. At this time, officials say, it is unknown if the individuals involved were in a vehicle or on foot.

WHEELING, W.Va. (WTRF) – The National Weather Service along with Emergency Dispatch has confirmed a Tornado touched down in parts of Irondale, Ohio, and Fairhaven, West Virginia, causing destruction. Tornado reports came in just after 1 a.m. as a line of thunderstorms, with an embedded supercell, rolled on through Jefferson and Hancock counties. Officials have confirmed that two homes have been destroyed on International Drive in Hancock County.
