The Douglas County West Middle School student will be hiding Easter eggs in people’s yards so children can enjoy an old-fashioned egg hunt Easter morning. The 13-year-old offers to hide candy-filled colored plastic eggs as part of a fundraiser to pay for her involvement in cheerleading competitions. It’s her second year of offering the service, Curtis said. She did it in 2024 as a Girl Scout.
