LAKEPORT >> The Lakeport City Council received an update of the Blue Ribbon Committee for the Rehabilitation of Clear Lake while supporters apprised the public of its achievements and disclosed some of its accomplishments at the April 1 meeting. Wilda Shock, the economic development specialist for the City of Lakeport and chair of the Lakeport Economic Development Advisory Committee, opened proceedings by noting the Blue Ribbon Committee was proposed in 2017 and then launched in 2018.
