On Monday, April 7, the House unanimously passed a bill that targeted Black Market reservation sales. The bill, HB 2456 — the Restaurant Reservation Anti-Piracy Act — was introduced in February and now sits in the Senate. As currently written, it would impose a $1,000 fine for each violation.
