Curtis Newman and Joseph Coleman are both wanted for felony theft from the Bert Kouns Industrial Loop Home Depot. Curtis Newman is a habitual offender and was identified because of his history with repeated retail theft. Detectives reviewed Newman's history and found out that he has eight theft arrests and four convictions.

    Bossier City Police got a call on Wednesday about a shooting on Airline Drive. Tougher Sentencing Blamed For Crowded PrisonsWhen BCPD got to the scene, they saw a car with a flat tire in the middle of the road with a flat tire. Police saw several people standing around the car. Witnesses told Officers that this was a road rage incident involving two cars. One person fired shots at the car, hitting it once before speeding off. BCPD collected shell casings and started an investigation.

    This week 68 people were booked and kept at Caddo Correctional Center for various crimes. One of those booked threw a brick and bottle at a woman, injuring her. On Monday, Shreveport Police were called to Lakeshore Drive to reports of a woman throwing things at a car. Police showed up and talked to a woman who had been hit by some of the thrown items.

    On Tuesday, Shreveport Police were called out to the intersection of Martin Luther King Drive and Russell Road to a single-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle. Shreveport Police/CanvaWhen Police showed up on the scene the found a man unconscious in the road suffering a head injury. A Shreveport City Marshal and a worker at a nearby daycare were performing CPR on Philip Ernest Miller. The Shreveport Fire Department were called in and Miller was transported to the hospital.
